These members have been integral in the success of the club over many years with a highlight being the Junior Club of the Year 2016. We are lucky though as they are our family they will still be involved in the background and supporting however they can.</div><div>To the new committee. Congratulations to the following: Hamish Jansen - Senior President &amp; Senior DOC Matt Brown - Secretary Mandy Hall - Treasurer Leanne Pearce - Fundraising Coordinator John Coleman - School Liaison Officer &amp; Child Protection John McCormack - Volunteer Coordinator Hayley Steffan - Digital Images Coordinator</div><div>Thank you to the above members for providing this support to the club to ensure that positive experiences can continue for our members. As can be seen in the list above unfortunately the club is still requiring a CEO, Registrar, Sponsorship Coordinator and a few other minor roles. Thank you for some interest shown already for one of the roles. The executive have nominated Tim Trippier as our Junior President, after his acceptance to take on the role over the phone. The committee have worked extremely hard to lower fees and in the junior ranks are around the same price as the larger clubs.</div><div>Great news for some. The Get Started Vouchers open on the 24th January 2018. This is a $150 voucher to help support players play organised sport. Information will be provided ASAP on starting dates, coaches etc. Senior Men and Women train Wednesday nights at 6:30pm at Martens Oval, except senior men start tomorrow night, same time. Our junior sign on is on Saturday 10th February from 10am - 2pm. Come on in to have a chat with the committee or even to grab some lunch from our awesome sponsor. We have a 5% discount card that also helps the club.</div><div>The Alloway FC will organise a 20% off day at Rebel Sports soon for any members needing boots or shin pads. The Alloway Football Club Inc. sells all other gear, however a reminder that players will borrow a playing shirt each week for the game so we only ask for players to purchase shorts and socks. Craig has been an extremely successful coach with Alloway FC winning many titles with ladies, seniors and juniors over his time at the club. He has been influential in bringing through many players to the senior rank and the club looks forward to both himself and Jarrod Flor coaching the team. Jarrod had a fantastic year in 2015 as an assistant coach of the under 12's with Craig and was also the recent recipient of two 2nd division awards from his time playing senior men for the club.</div><div>A decision on training times and training start dates will be provided in due course, as well as our junior sign on dates, which are yet to be organised due to external issues out of our control. Chris Kenward, from Football QLD, provided the club secretary Matt Brown with the news yesterday. The club has also been informed that we are the 4th club in Queensland to receive the NCAS Level 2 Accreditation and the 1st club again in the Bundaberg and Wide Bay area to achieve this. Chris Kenward, from Football QLD, provided the club secretary Matt Brown with the news yesterday.  The club has also been informed that we are the 4th club in Queensland to receive the NCAS Level 2 Accreditation and the 1st club again in the Bundaberg and Wide Bay area to achieve this. The club completed NCAS Level 1 accreditation in 2013 and was also the 1st club in the region to achieve this and has also completed both Good Sports Level 2 and Healthy Eating Level 1 in 2014, after becoming accredited with Good Sports in 2007.  The importance of these accreditation's is to provide club administrators a clear and concise model which identifies and recognizes best practice in all areas of club administration. A bonus of the NCAS accreditation is now Football QLD have also come on board to help pay for grant writers to complete any capital works at the Alloway Country Club, which the committee will begin discussing at meetings over the coming months.  The club is taking steps forward to ensure that the vision of the club is followed. Part of our club vision is for the Alloway Football Club Inc. to be highly regarded as the family club, leading by example, in organisational excellence that positively engages it’s players, affiliates and the local community. As can be seen with our social media sites, website and now NCAS Level 2 accreditation we are working extremely hard to ensure that the club is run correctly for all members. The club is beginning to move in a forward direction to provide a great club, with excellent history, for everybody in the Bundaberg region.  Thank you to all who helped make this NCAS Level 2 a reality. Don't forget our sign on tomorrow at St Luke's Anglican School.
